Collaboration is hard; and, collaboration is vital in today's complex organizational and community environments. This two-day "deep dive" will help participants experience Gracious Space and the Four Openings of Courageous Collaboration from the inside-out. This training is for internal leaders or external consultants who wish to improve their understanding of and experience with collaboration. Participants will also:
- Develop their personal capacity to be vulnerable, take risks and courageously collaborate;
- Learn how to identify, reinforce and shift patterns to encourage new possibilities and positive action;
- Craft an intervention to create more Gracious Space and Courageous Collaboration in a specific context
- Join a network of Gracious Space practitioners across the country
ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED: $295 for individuals; $275 per person for teams of two or more from the same organization. Some scholarships available. Fee includes training, materials, and snacks. Participants need to provide their own lunch.
