Nourishing Networks

A bold new collective initiative that will systematically link the latent resources of volunteer time talent and imagination within communities to address the need at hand – beginning with hunger in King County.

The goal of Nourishing Networks is to illuminate the good work already underway in our communities, provide space for emerging concepts, and to develop local leadership capacity, all to ensure that the hungry among us are fed. We will weave together the work of all community sectors so tightly that that no one falls through.NN group meeting

Still in its pilot phase, neighborhood based Nourishing Network groups have been established in five communities in East King County:

  • North Shore
  • Kirkland
  • Issaquah
  • Redmond
  • Bellevue

Nourishing Networks is a partnership between Center for Ethical Leadership, Hope Link, Leadership Eastside, and several other community partners.
